What is CrossFit?

Constantly varied, functional movements, scalable to all fitness levels, which include weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning led by a certified trainer, to help teach proper form and technique to ensure progress and success. 


Small-Group Training: 

Our coaches have passion for what they do and take pride in individualizing and tailoring each member’s workouts to meet their needs and goals.  Therefore, we keep our class sizes small, so you don’t get lost in the crowd and ensure you receive quality coaching every single day. 


Virtual coaching


Our online classes are interactive and led by our coaches who will motivate you to safely perform workouts along-side the rest of the group from your very own home.  Workout modifications provided based on your equipment availability to ensure you achieve the same workout stimulus at home as you would in the gym. 

Open access



For those of you either unable to get into the gym during normal business hours, or are just weary of crowds, our Open Access option allows you to complete a self-guided workout using the equipment within our facilities at a time that works best for you.  The gym is available for open access every hour except during regularly scheduled class times. 


Nutrition Coaching


With a Registered Dietitian on staff here at Kal-El CrossFit, you’ll learn how to optimally fuel your body for energy and performance for both inside and outside of the gym.  Comprehensive menu plans available to balance healthy eating with your lifestyle to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals.
