Brett, the owner and a CF Level 2 coach with CrossFit Weightlifting, who programs smart, scalable training and stays by your side until you get the rep.

 

Wendy, a CF Level 2 coach and Licensed, Registered Dietitian, runs Contemporary Nutrition inside the gym and turns fueling into simple, livable habits.

 

Together they power the Challenge with clear on-ramp coaching, safe progressions, weekly check-ins, individualized nutrition plans, and InBody consults so you build strength, energy, and confidence fast.
